PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
To book a game session, the User must make a partial payment as a deposit (hereinafter referred to as «Deposit») via the Virtual POS (Payment Gateway). The User will pay the remaining amount on the day of the game session, upon completion, using the payment methods provided by the Company.
We use secure payment methods to ensure the User’s confidence when making payments via credit or debit card (VISA or MASTERCARD). Confidential payment data is transmitted directly and securely (SSL encryption) to the financial entity. When making a payment through a secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify whether the credit card is enabled for Secure E-Commerce. It will then connect with the issuing bank, which will authorize the transaction. If the Virtual POS reports that the card has been declined, the purchase will be automatically canceled.
If the User cannot attend the reserved game session, they must notify the Company at least 24 hours in advance via phone or WhatsApp at +34695323808. In this case, the Company and the User will agree on a new date and time to reschedule the session, or the Company will leave the session on hold (without an assigned date and time) until the User contacts the Company again to reschedule.
If the User cannot attend the reserved game session and notifies the Company less than 24 hours in advance or fails to notify at all, the Company reserves the right to cancel the session, resulting in the loss of the Deposit paid by the User. If the User still wishes to play, they will need to book a new game session, restart the reservation process, and pay the full amount for the session.
