Is "La Llamada Arcana" replayable compared to the previous "Five Cubes - 1961 La Llamada"?
This new version retains the space layout and base decorations from the previous game, but it improves and nearly doubles the number of puzzles, enhances and introduces new props and technical management elements, and features a completely new story, audiovisual script, acting, and role-playing. For these reasons, at Plastic Robot Escape Games, we estimate that the game is 70% replayable compared to the previous one.
A tip! If you played the previous version and are now trying «La Llamada Arcana», don’t try to remember anything—start fresh and focus on the game in front of you!
What does it mean for an Escape Room to be a "Tension" one? Is it scary? Does someone try to scare you?
A Tense Escape Room (unlike a Horror Escape) is not designed to scare you, its goal is to keep you on edge. However, if you’re very easily frightened or highly suggestible, you might feel a bit of fear, of course 😛 In «La Llamada Arcana», you will encounter different characters throughout the game (both allies and enemies), but none of them are there to scare you. If you pay attention, you’ll always know when they will appear and how to interact with them.
Is there a minimum age to play?
Yes. Since this is a tense and role-playing experience, it is not suitable for players under 18 if playing as an independent team. However, players 12 and older can participate if at least 50% of the team are adults.
Can we play with 2 players?
Generally, no. The game is designed for 3 or more players to ensure that key roles are properly distributed, necessary tasks can be handled efficiently alongside the puzzles, and the experience maintains the right pace and energy within the time limit.

Are there any medical warnings for participating in the game?
No issues for claustrophobia. Contact us (via WhatsApp at +34695323808) if you have photosensitive epilepsy or are pregnant. Not recommended for players with heart conditions. Not suitable for players in wheelchairs.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
We do not accept cancellations, but you can modify your booking (change the date/time and/or adjust the number of players from 3 to 7) up to 24 hours before your reserved time. To do so, message us on WhatsApp at +34695323808.
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable clothing, sports shoes, and glasses if you need them.Phones and watches of any kind are not allowed inside the room. At the beginning of the experience, you will store your belongings in a locked space.
Do we need to be on time?
Yes, do not arrive earlier or later than your scheduled time. Ring the doorbell to start the game only after all players have registered and are present at the door.
What happens if we arrive late?
Contact us as soon as possible to inform us of your delay (WhatsApp at +34695323808), and we will see what can be done.
Depending on the circumstances, if more than 10 minutes have passed from your scheduled time, we may have to cancel your session and reschedule it for another available date and time.
Can I use the bathroom during the game?
Yes, you can use the bathroom, but it is not available from the very start of the experience.
How do the roles and madness level work?
Roles are assigned during the Pre-Game based on the number of players. If you pay attention, you’ll know when and how to use them.
Your madness level is something you earn throughout the game, depending on how well you take advantage of your opportunities. Your «final photo» will reveal the level you achieved.
